Kudos to Toyota for making this type of vehicle.

I sat in a Crown at my local Toyota dealer, very nice sedan, What I don't understand is why Toyota chose to give it an appearance of the raised ride height and didn't give it a hatch? I understand that from an engineering standpoint it is easier to make a sedan quiet, but a hatch would have been significantly more practical.

Saving that for the Crown Signia I believe.

Totally agree. I looked at the Crown and the Crown Signia and bought the Crown Signia . My GF and I play a lot of golf and getting the bags in and out of the Signia is a breeze . I’ve had three full size cart bags in the back with room to spare. If the Crown had a hatch I’d have bought one in a flash.

~$60k fully loaded for a Toyota is wild... I'd just buy a Lexus at that point

I live in North Texas USA 🤠🇺🇲! The Platinum Trim optioned the way I'd like is $56,000 MSRP 😮! The color I'd choose would be Red or Copper/Black. I would not consider the lower trims because of the lower horsepower engine and the CVT transmission. 👏💪🙏

I had to go to a diferent review just to see how this car looks outside...... not a single angle on the exterior of the car.

A well controlled malaise era GM, you’re talking dirty to me. God I miss big soft American cars.

There's no reason not to bake good performance into any modern car at that price point. Merging into traffic and or passing needs pep.
