When I see the rescuers from different parts of the world trying hard to save the life of these kids I am more assured that we are all in a safe planet and there are many people to extend their love and lay down their lives for us. Good, congrats and thanks to all the rescuing teams.

A lot of prayers were answered when the last person came out of that cave safely. It was a miracle and I don't see why there are so many negative comments. Someone even gave their life to see this happen. True heroes are humble and I think this man Is one. Thank you Erik for the interview and for your contribution to this team effort.

Being a diver I am AMAZED at the bravery it took these divers to go into this zero visibility thick mud water for at least a 25 minute swim to get these kids out . 25 minutes each way with each boy ! Just heroic in every sense of the word Well done Divers !

      MsSaudm
      Look closer.
      First extraction took 11 hours.
      Second extraction took 9 hours.
Third extraction took 5? Hours, but in two increments.
Learning with each phase, with new divers replacing exhausted teams.
From entrance divers walked one hour to water entry point.
Meanwhile, resupply of air tanks between extractions, by other teams. Lights, como, pumps, Guide rope,
overhead guide wires & pulleys in place
      (day 10 to day 14).
Extractions began day 15 with water rising, time, & air running out.......

I couldn't agree more. I really feel that God was there. So many people prayed for the rescue, for the boys and their coach. Latest news is that they will get out July 19th. Really a short stay for what they had to go through during their trapping and the rescue.

That's so cute :) I don't mean that in a condescending way at all, I just love the response to finding out there's a Canadian there. Canada, being Canada will always show 100% support to anything like this, just because that's who you are, regardless of if you're involved or not, but the response to then finding out you had a hand in it, I just love it :) Makes me smile.
You're a beautiful country Canada! Don't ever change :) & great job with your person in the rescue team too. Lots of love, Australia

The British volunteers globally recognized as the best cave divers today. Amazing how plan slowly fell into place.
God provides all they need for rescue.
Final dramatic escape of last 4 divers as monsoon rains suddenly fill the cave, & pumps fail.
We hear 100? divers scrambled out of that would be watery grave.
Picture Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark running down that ramp with the giant stone sphere in hot pursuit, gravity driven. Drama.

Thank you Erik for your help but this interview was really hard to listen to. He wasnt engaged in giving specific answers. I wish he would have given us more insights.

marcello j I think everyone involved is trying to cover up the boys identities, in order to give the doctors a chance to make sure they are healthy and strong. They will want to let the families have private reunions.
I heard a bit of an interview given by a couple of the Chilean miners who survived being underground for about two months. They were worried about the boys, because the miners had been exploited and used by the media. Most of them also STILL experience PTSD and other mental and physical trauma from their ordeal. The miners want the boys to be able to duck the merciless media glare, and to get as much medical and mental health support as possible.
Those boys just want to go home to their own beds, be with their families and friends. With no media circus.

Really? How are they going to honor you?! I would think that men that rescue young boys from caves are probably not doing it so they will be 'honored'. I'm sure they're not even thinking about that. Wow lady.
So happy the boys are out and on the road to healing and having their lives back. So many people gave so much. A beautiful thing to see people from everywhere just working together.
