Improper head unstick will damage the head, more worse arm will scrach the platter. No way to recover data.

Hi, I had the same inside my HDD, what do you do next? Is it possible to replace the heads?
Yes you still have chance to replace the heads. Just make sure you take out any chip off from damage head and the pkatter not damage.

@@MrDumpy80 none of the world sell hdd heads. You have to purchase hdd similar model, type, f/w, and same of mfg. Then you swap the heads. Otherwise head replacement will be failed.
Strongly recomendation ; you pass to professional DR. If you not experience, no tools, no DR software then you just waste your money and time. More worse your valuable data it could be lost.

@@ampainting2077 kalau terpaksa dibuka, paling tdk diruang tertutup bebas debu.
Head harus diganti. Cari hdd donor yg identik : model, part number dan firmware.
Ganti head tanpa menyentuh piringan/platter.
Pekerjaan ini sangat beresiko bila tdk didukung ; ruangan yg bebas debu/clean room, software & hardware tools, serta pengetahuan yg memadai tentang data recovery
