There is no extra stuff for doing clean plate. Either camera is handled, stationary,linear movement or rotational movement,funda for cleanplate will be same.

But I've download v-ray for nuke today but I want to know if there is any way we can create shadow by fill matte or blend matte cuz I've tried all the shaders but I'm unsuccessful.

It's not recommended to do that. If we have to stabilize it then it's better to shoot static
