Hi bro The wage between H1B and L1B would be different Usually organizations giving less wage in L1B the H1b becoz H1B should go through the prevailing wage determination and they should given the levels as set up by Labor department Whereas L1B doesn’t have those steps So , they are giving lesser wages than H1B Also, wage will not change after stamping, but when they give promotions they will refresh the salary
