We as electronic musicians are learning so much about the profundity of fugues and arpeggios from Zimmer, to me this this track is an ode to how close to the summit Electronica now reaches. The way this arrangement is informed by Daft Punk's work on TRON--the chiptuned-ish waveform of the lead; the wide dynamic range of quiet to loud; and yet this track is very much owned by its author, something unto itself with its own aesthetic decisions made.
For me to blather that much about composition and form in EDM, and amid a sea of other comments on how much this track pulls on the spirit...We now are coming close to Mozart.

I must say I am not a big fan of remixes. Mainly because most people completely change the song and the 'emotion' and 'impact' of the track will be lost.
But this remix just blew me away. the main thing is still there, but just... different. This is now surely one of my favorite tracks on youtube :) glad I gave it a chance!

This is a great remix. One of the few that did not degrade the quality of the original. The only complaint I have is that the volume difference from when it is more akin to the original and when the synthesizer is added is too great. I have to blast this on full volume to hear the beginning, and then turn it down once it gets going. Oh well, still a very well done remix.

Would spend much more time on EvE if I could actually pilot my Rokh rather than clicking and waiting. EvE is as unrealistic as space games come they can't even get the physics right Jump drives that are in fact warp drives etc etc
