Hey Mav I’m from AZ and mountain bike race. Thought I might share that one time in a race I saw someone crash and completely land in a huge pile of Cholla cacti. He was screaming in pain as the parents were pulling him out but I guess he was okay. They can hurt real bad!
The simplicity of the food and getting to help make it is going to make your truck camping & cooking 1000x better. And then homemade tortillas are in a class of their own. To top it off, you'll never forget that cactus experience for the rest of your life.
