Congrats on Sip City! I’m sure Dakota’s experience is a big plus. I like how well you two appear to work together. Where I live the walls that have plumbing and electrical work have to be left open (no drywall) until the work passes inspection. There are major chains who need to know how to bleed off the water before the carbonation. Lol

Also a helpful tip! To clean the soda knobs you twist them off and put them in a container with soda water and lemons!!! We used to do it every night before closing! Just don’t know if you knew and don’t want to come off any kind of way.

It’s not an ordinal idea they came up with at all… there are already places that do this that exist and thrive and have for a number of years. So they didn’t come up with it. But in saying that, I’m not saying there is anything wrong with using someone else’s idea and putting your own spin on it, more power to ya.

I have a question. Why can't LDS have coffee? Brooklyn is just as addicted to Dr Pepper as some are to their coffee. Both have caffeine, it's just the temperature thats different. ❤
Their prophet received revelation in the 1800s that coffee is “not for the belly”. There’s no specific reason ever given. Doesn’t make any sense logically, but as someone who used to be LDS, it makes sense in the moment if you believe in prophets😂 it’s not cause of the caffeine though.
The prophet Joseph Smith had revelation to not drink hot drinks. Which is coffee & tea. Though it’s a recommendation not drink coffee. People do and can but it depends on their relationship with the lord.
My theory is that when the Mormons were migrating they couldn’t afford coffee so they were told they can’t have it for some random reason and it just kinda stuck
