    I liked this pattern. It was well-explained and I made a cute kitten in about 2 hours over two days. I made this with worsted weight yarn and a 3.5mm hook. It turned out so, so cute. I love how it's constructed.

    I have some tips for those who want to use thin yarn and who dont want to sew the head .
    I used a 3.mm hoke my cat is about the size of a keychain and the head turned out smaller than i wanted so i free hand it + made it all in one pice
    R12:inc (24)
    R13: 1sc , inc
    R14: 2 sc , inc
    R15: 3sc , inc
    R16-18: sc around
    R18: 3sc , dec
    R19: 2sc , dec
    R20: 1sc , dec
    R21: dec
    Its the way to make the head bigger and not sew it.
    Also Loved the pattern ❤❤

    Hey there 👋
    I watch your videos all the time but this is my first time commenting. I haven't tried this adorable cat yet but super excited to!
    I decided to ask this question here just because it's your newest video. I was just wondering if you might be having the same issue that I'm having that is making me SOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!....
    It's the yarn... It keeps changing. What I mean is, a certain yarn will be SUPER SOFT One time I buy it, and then The next time I buy that exact same yarn in the exact same Color it feels completely different... Scratchy, sticky, and even looks a different texture sometimes.
    The first yarn I noticed it with is sweet snuggles light, Which I know you use so that's why I wanted to ask you. I fell in love with sweet smuggles Light yarn because of the feel of it. I'm obsessed with the soft snuggly yarns and if they don't feel like The softest squishiest marshmellow in my hands, I won't buy it.
    I started noticing it little-by-little with sweet snuggles and sweet snuggles light first, including Chenille home and chenille home slim, but now it's also happening with parfait chunky and himalaya dolphin baby.
    Those are pretty much the brand's I stick to, Besides occasionally yarn bee. And also bernat blanket it if I can find it soft. In fact, I always thought that the bernat Just happened to be Softer in certain colors but maybe it's the same issue as the rest of them🤷‍♀️
    I just bought some big twist from joann's to try, And as I was feeling the different colors, they each felt different from each other. I only bought the ones that felt soft.
    Is this happening with ALL the yarns??
    I haven't been crocheting for very long so I wasn't sure if this is just how it is? I just don't hear anyone else talking About it so i'm confused. It's really making me sad tho.
    A few weeks ago I ordered about 20 skeins of yarn from michael's, All Sweet snuggles, sweet snuggles light, chenille home and slim.... NONE of them were soft except 1!!!!! Some were just not as soft as usual, but others were HORRIBLE!
    Now i'm afraid to order online and just shopping "by feel" in person.
    Have you had this issue?? Do you know whats going on???
    Thanks for your help❤
    And your videos😉

    • @reigningcharmz
      @reigningcharmz  5 месяцев назад +2

      @@tiffanydetzel9125 hello! I notice that some of the colors can have varying softness, but those colors are always consistent. Like the really light pink sweet snuggles light is always super soft, but if you get a different color like a tan color it won’t be as soft but all tans will feel the same. Other than that, I haven’t noticed too much of a change. I hope this helps!

    I'm a little confused I watched your The 5 Crochet Tricks You Need To Know, and for the cone to be a normal thing, but with the feet here you say to do the exact opposite. Can you explain, please?

    • @reigningcharmz
      @reigningcharmz  4 месяца назад +1

      Hello! so that trick to avoid the cone head is to avoid a point if the point annoys you. Usually it is used on a head or somewhere where the cone shape is much more noticeable, and unable to be fixed with stuffing. When doing the feet to this pattern, you don't need to worry about a cone shape forming because it is the feet of the pattern. Most of the time they flatten out anyway when pushing the completed plushie down
