A couple tips… if you use a coffee filter under while you pour glitter, it will catch it all and it is easily poured back out to reuse! Also a swifter dust cloth picks up glitter like no other!! :) thanks for the video!
You can place a copy paper down on the table so the glitter that falls from the eye falls on the paper. It’s easier to clean up and reuse the glitter. TFS. Nice video
I've wanted to make my own eyes for ages but the thought of needing to use resin really put me off. This method however has me wanting to attempt then thank you for the video
Hi Karis! I have another question! Will you ever make a tutorial (even if it is a short/reel) on how to design, print, and cut your market tags? I want to have my logo on my market tags, but I can't afford the ✨fancy✨ tags from Vista or any other printing company. Also, I have been making some painted safety eyes and they are sooo pretty!! :)
I just happened to think about this after I have made a few, is it a problem when/if the plushies these area are on need to be washed, will all the paint and glitter come off?
Hi. What happens if you get glue on the part of the eye that show? how do you clean it? I used nail polish and got some on the pupil area and it won't come off =(
@@user-zu6ll9bk4w unfortunately I’m still trying to figure out how to fix that too😔 I’ve tried acetone and rubbing alcohol but it just seems to make it worse and I think it’s because of the resin that the eye is made from. For now I just have to be super careful when applying the glue
Comment any questions below!! If you want another tutorial on how to package and sell them, comment below 🥰
@@reigningcharmz yes to the package and sell them 💕❤️
A question is, I wonder if you can use glitter that's like a star or heart shaped
@@lemon18809 you definitely can! You just have to be more precise when adding it ☺️
@@reigningcharmz k!
What size are these safety eyes
Great video, I always wanted to customize my eyes but didn't want to work with resin. Thanks for the alternative!!

Where do you buy the clear eye
@@judycarey2763 on Amazon, link in the description to my storefront where you can find them ☺️
First omg 1minute ago 😱
I imagine these are not washing machine safe, correct?
I think only resin would make them survive the washing machine.
Under a 1 hour gang
The super glue caused my eyes to turn cloudy.
@@kaylabielaga7727 interesting🤔 I would try a different glue. There might be something in it reacting to the material of the eyes
