Dear Pascal and Bryan, I hope this note finds you both healthy and well. I have sorely missed seeing your video updates and following your lives in Canada. This last video made me very melancholy, but hopeful for your complete recovery and wholeness. Good to see you back, stay strong, you are in my prayers. Cancer has taken a toll on my family as well. My little sister passed away a couple months ago and my brother in law had cancer surgery 2 days ago and is not doing so well. Cancer took one of my nephews a few years back. But it is as you say you just have to deal with the cards you are dealt and keep moving forward. As I said you are in my thoughts and prayers and I'm looking forward to your next video. 🍀❤🙃

It's my birthday today and hearing from you has made my day - I was thinking just the other day that we hadn't heard from you since that video!. I'm glad you are now doing OK and will keep everything crossed for you in the future. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger is definitey true. I started this year with a partially paralysed right let due to a spine problem (I'm facing surgery in the future) but today I have been to a big local country park and walked all the way to the cafe in the middle of it with my best friend and I really feel like I've achieved something. Onwards and upwards.

As I've said, it's good to see you and Bryan back and I hope to see more of your content again. Whatever happens, good and bad, we have to move forward as we learn and grow from these experience as well as focusing on how we respond and take action to them.
