I dated a guy whos mom had a grey but I didn't know she kept him in a room off the main living room. I was there visiting one day the mom tells me she's leaving I watch her walk to her car get inside and pull out of the driveway. A few minutes later I hear her yelling "JOE!" It was her voice no doubt I ran up the stairs so fast to Joe to find out what kind of black magic was going on in his house. Thats when I met the coolest bird. Thanks for sharing your Gizmo with us, he's a pretty cool bird!

I love Gizmo. Watching him cheers me up. My sister's African Grey's name is Maggie. She listens to our phone conversations & picks things up. It's funny how she associates words or noises with certain people. My dad was helping my sister finish her basement uding power tools so every time Maggie sees my dad go downstairs she starts making power tool sounds.
