I'm pretty sure the villa I was in is a bit more. I was there as a journalist reviewing the newly opened property for Esquire magazine so I'm not 100% sure sadly. But for the size of the villa, the front grass yard and back private decks,, for the features, the pool and private access to the sea I find the price on par with the same type villa in other countries.
