Hi Simon. Thank you. It was tuff going in spots but as you say the views helped, It was good mixture of open mountain and shaded forest so you got some relief from the sun. The sleeping bag situation was a bummer ,my heart sank when I realised what had happened, I left my down jacket behind as well😞. Hi Martin. Thanks. Yes it was a bummer about the sleeping bag. Its wasn't cold at night, but after walking in the heat all day it did feel chilly when the sun went down. I had thunder and lightning twice and got caught in rain showers three times. The wind was blowing most days and especially on the higher ground. But overall I was happy with the weather as I know its been fairly unsettled this year. All the best for the new year👍
