Meditate on the journey of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. It goes from one shape to another. The middle period is one of inward cocooning. Reflect on which stage you are at right now. Are you the caterpillar? The cocoon? Or the butterfly? The process is cyclical and ongoing. You are not the same person you were before, let go of the old so you can become more.
