Hard to watch you throwing away $8 a pop on dealer bets. Just tip on wins, they have no control of the cards so wait for wins, you can play longer and loose less.

I get it. Sometimes they love to be invested as well. And sometimes it really works out. I had a dealer a couple of weeks ago that made 350 on multiple awesome hands and I think that was with a 40 dollar investment. I totally understand what you are saying but I do try to take care of them one way or another.
