University of Tennessee student Kimberly Diei's dreams were on the line. After an anonymous tipster complained about Kim's social media posts, a professionalism committee at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center twice investigated and found her guilty - even though her posts had nothing to do with UT or Kim's ability to succeed in the medical field. Saved from expulsion by an appeal to the dean and emergency intervention by the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, Kim says it's just a matter of time until UT investigates her a third time. She's suing to defend her speech rights - and yours.
