There are so many characters used that I've only seen the same character being used for the same turn on 2 different covers (aside from the original Unbeatable opponents and BF ofc) 6 times. Zardy at 3:23, Pico at 4:00, Ruv at 7:24, Mami at 9:38, Natsuki at 9:50, and Specimen 9 at 10:01. (The final part probably has more but there's so many characters it's hard to see, plus it makes sense you'd get at least one match) There's also 2 Sonics at 4:04 but they're different, and Cuphead at 9:20 but it's Nightmare Cuphead and Regular Cuphead Edit : thanks for pointing it out in the comments, I forgot Tankman at 4:41 and Tord at 2:33. Still it's not very high considering how many turns there are

Not gonna lie, hearing all of them side by side really emphasizes Menimated's lack of creativity in the atonal department, especially when he and MegaDude use Tord on the same turn and Mega used atonals while Meni didn't. It feels even more disappointing than listening to it standalone.
