They meant the range on the initial cast. The chain can go VERY far, so you can grab someone escaping very easily if you don't entirely suck at skill shots.
League of Legend's best reworked champion. 2.2mil mastery points, reached Grandmaster OTPing him season 2020 and I'm not even no lifing that as I play mostly FPS and TPS nowadays.
