✔Cottage cheese - 250 g.
✔Eggs - 3 pcs.
✔Butter (soft) - 70 g.
✔Sugar - 180 g.
✔Vanilla sugar/vanilla - to taste.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Wheat flour - 280 g.
✔Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Filling:
✔Plums + nectarines - 350 g.
✔For sprinkling - a little sugar.
✔More love and good mood (required).
👉 I have a baking dish with a diameter of 25 cm.
🕒 Bake at 180°C/356 F for an average of 40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the features of your oven.
