Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Thought Devil rooms can be pog too. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Anyways, GG's

Dr Fetus is one of the worst items in TBOI tbh
The damage down in the Chest was because Mutant Spider removes the damage multiplier from Poly and turns it into a flat damage up
Matt using Mr Me to get coupon to make tarot cloth free instead of just using Mr Me to get tarot cloth was peak entertainment
The fact he had diplopia next to a steam sale and later got stairway and restock hurts
Double steam sale doesn’t make stuff free, it wouldn’t have done anything tbh and also he got stairway because of diplopia

When you pick up quad shot after picking up polyphemus it decreases your damage in exchange for not giving a tears down I believe

Boss rush music glitches out because of the Dance mod, not the Gehenna floor
There's something with the music replacing the main soundtrack that breaks the ambush soundtrack
15:24 Apparently Mutant Spider + Polyphemus removes all the multipliers and stuff and just gives a flat +5 damage now
the reason you got a damage down after taking quad is because after taking poly, instead of tear downs, it poly reduces your damage
the items spawning in mega satan fight are from the super sins, apon death they all have a chance to drop their respective items and it is based on your luck, idk what the chances are exactly though
Damocles is the ultimate skill check, thank god I don't have it unlocked, because I am garbage at this game
TMTRAINER is also very good item, when you don't take it

The reason why damage went down after picking up quad shot is because of Polyphemus + mutant spider synergy
You don't get 2x damage up but you get big damage up
And here your damage went almost 2x down

The music glitch in boss rush is the dance mod music playing which overides bossrush music during the frame its supposed to start playing
