Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Try starting with Luna. Most of the good items (death certificate, spindown, rock bottom, sacred orb, etc) are In the secret room pool, so getting double secret room makes you more likely to get them. The tears up and soul hearts are also nice.
i started with luna once from a first floor planetarium and the first secret room got me spindown dice...
And as extra he could add the +1 secret room trinket with mom box buff (or gave the trinket in gold if is possible)
You should definitely do more of these experimental runs, they're very fun
Also, it'd be fun to see you start with Binge Eater

I just had a run yesterday where I got binge eater on like floor 2, easiest run of my life, even if I was slow as hell.
Challenge: beat Game with only items that gives or might give you permanent stats overtime ( void, binger eater and death list )

@@Da-choppa Woah, literally same. I was using Azazel and skipped to the dark room to fight the lamb. I may have also had fire mind too, I know I had it in a run recently.

Easily the most broken run. Starting with D6, getting a double item secret room with Death Certificate and then Diploing the Secret Room was such a giga brain play. Reactions were on point, Sacred Heart and Brimstone on the SAME PEDASTAL and then getting Birthright literally right as you say you can die. 10/10.
As for items to start with, C-Section is an interesting one, as it basically just gets exponentially more powerful as you get more synergies.
I would love a Damocles start,
But the twist is, you take damage on purpose and try to beat either Blue Baby or The Lamb before it drops.
i think a somewhat interesting idea would be starting a run with every single options item. it's not overpowered in the way that, say glitched crown is "oh i got brimstone, sacred heart and mega mush on the same pedestal", but always having a choice can often be a lifesaver
Man took Isaac's tomb over lost contact. Run would have been so much more chill (less exciting too, but safe)
Custom challenges seem fun, I would be glad to see more

I have a run streak idea though please hear me out.
So, its a damocles streak but streak only ends when damocles falls. It doesn't matter if you die through any other means the streak is alive as long as the blade from damocles doesn't fall on your character. I think this is a fun idea especially when using random characters.

Tainted lost + sacred orb + glitched crown + rerolls = 1% of mattmans luck
Spindown, rock bottom, damocles. and sacred orb have all failed me before. Glitched crown never lets me down

I think the best get better items is a chaos with isaac first floor since u can get any item randomly without the risk of loosing the pact or making easier getting secret room items in treasure or shop item (a good way to enjoy this is in greed mode)

i loved the "hello? oh knife OHHHHHHHH" that one really got me off guard
As Damocles it's just on the devil pool, you are locked to devil deals as you take it, but Damocles dont work on devil deals, and you cant enter Angel rooms anymore (only with duality, a sacrifice room teleport, or getting eucharist by death cert. or spindown, etc). So if you get Damocles without locking into devil deals, it's ALWAYS worth going to angel deals as Damocles does work on them!!!

Btw, There is a mod called "no more breakfast" if I'm correct. It would be interesting if you consider adding this mod cuz just imagine how many more good items you could have had if there was no breakfast :( Still it was sick tho.

Yeah, magicaleye is just even further proof of concept with their “Damocles streak”. Really just drives home how powerful the item is, even with the drawback; if you’re both good and lucky enough, you just have more items, up to double what you would have otherwise.

Another fun challenge you should do is start with chaos and glitched crown but instead of properly timing it, you have to close your eyes so timing is way harder as it's more risk to fumble but you still can see what your items are before timing, apposed to just having curse of the blind permanently which would just be boring and random

When you’re doing a Damocles run, you should probably go for angels. You get double the items unlike devils.
