Sir maine microwave mei try nahi kiya hai.
Mujhe lagta hai ki namak mei karne se zyada taste achha hoga. Wajse madhai mei thoda oil daal kar karne se aur zyada achaa lagta hai. Aap microwave mei try karke feedback dijiyega

How many times can we reuse the salt?
Can the salt used once for poha be used in daily cooking?
This salt can be used many times. After making poha, ket it cool down and then put it in some container and reuse.
Dont use this salt for daily cooking.

Commercially if u want to try , it will go off shelf within few days. bcos people are health conscious and they want such products. If u add coconut then shelf life will be lessened bcos coconut goes rancid early. Do share your feedback wben u launch
