Here is explanation for bite the curb:
As you saw, Medkit mouth was placed onto the curb and then brutally stomped on.

Bite the curb is a punishment to whom ever. The person is forcefully placed onto the curb and then the head is stomped on. The jaw breaks from this action, they are left to rot there. It will kill the person if not found by the ambulance right after it happened. The person who did that can get arrested or executed I am pretty sure
