Important info, use 3 known Antigen with Known concentration and 1 Antigen (target) of unknown concentration. Then only your graph will make some sense. Don't use all unknown concentration Ag. You need a standard curve to use as a reference. Don't forget. If you have more space like a petri dish, punch more holes. But 3 holes must be of known Ag concentration always and rest can be known Ag.
