I had lived many falafel-less years)…whyyyyy would anyone eat at cash grab/vanity restaurants??
Terjos Tacos, I will be 100% honest, I have been there and thought their tacos were so good. With all due respect, you did get the end of the day food because you did go 20 minutes before closing, and that is probably why you got the service you got. I have a friend who lives in California as well, and also loves that place. And a few other of my friends have gone and said the food was good. I really think you would’ve had better luck if you were actually gone at a decent time.

You need to try Trejos Donuts. They’re my favorite donuts in LA, no joke. But I’m a sucker for unique flavors like the Margarita and the Maple Pig. Ooh and the Horchata Latte.

Send me back to the Keys for fresh grouper tacos ANY DAY! Heck, I'd snag the taco truck down the street before paying $7 for a lame-A taco from Trejo Tacos! And actually, the enchiladas and quesadillas from the taco truck are FIRE!! (the enchiladas and quesadillas are $8 but worth every penny and their tacos are $3 each. The homemade salsa roja is worth it alone!)
