I haven't experienced crashing but the LAG is ungodly and excruciatingly painful. They need to just disable server pings for only before and after matches. The latest update did nothing.
What makes the lag even worse is that CC, War, Raids, etc all have a time limit and sometimes the lag eats up 2 minutes before it corrects. Raids are annoying but CC, War, and Satellite can be really stiff penalties for combat cancelling or losing.
I’ve never crashed but going through dark dimension with the lag is so painful, it would take me so long to get to the end until there’s like 3 enemies then it’ll go back to normal

I use android and haven't had crashes but every time I log into the game I have to go into the phone settings and clear the cache. It's stupid and I'm tired of it. All of these performances issues happening I think we all deserve a 7 yellow 3 diamond Vahl as compensation!!!!
The game is almost unplayable for me on my iphone X, lagging like there is no tomorrow on every battle and therefore I always time out. On the last 30 sec the lag clears but before that is just unbearable, like you can may be take 2-3 turns. Crashing is also an issue but not so much as that horrible lag. On my iPad the game runs fine for now, no lag and no crashes so far but I can't bring my iPad with me constantly, its too big lol. I can't believe how they have the decency and the nerve to put such offers and to make that much money, like they have to be on of the richest game producing company in the world, and have such low quality gameplay - we literally have to play on low graphics, wtf? I love the game but the way they run it really resembles the way politicians run the country. It seems like they do 1 good thing and then 10 messed up shits that completely deletes the minor good they made. I really hope their conscious rings some day and they wake up to really do something good for the ppl that play this broken shit and show some respect to everyone by fixing all bad annoying stuff happening in the game.
Long time listener, first time caller. WTF is with the Green Goblin event requiring New Avengers only for level 8. It’s like they saw content creators saying build rebirth and pass on new avengers because rebirth has more impact because of raids. So they create a new requirement not seen before in legendary scourges that forces players to build new avengers. One of the biggest problems in this game is that they force all players to build the same teams. This was only exacerbated by the horsemen/ apocalypse release. Add in the lag and crash issues… I’m at my wits end. I’m ftp player since 2020. I used to spend $5 here and there, but I quit paying anything over a year ago. The only reason I haven’t quit is my addiction and all the time I’ve spent building my account.

After that update everything went to complete shit. I don’t mind spending on this game since it’s one of 3 things I spend my hard earned money on but if this keeps up I will quit and I really don’t want to. I truly love playing this game. But again, I will find another game that runs smooth and has people who care about the well being of the game as a whole.

It's funny as I used to hate War but War now gives the better rewards and I always use all my attacks or 13 attacks on avg. CC just sucks and still has terrible rewards in terms of gold but Diamonds will make people ignore the bad things about CC. And every CC reset I always lose and need to figure out the new meta for my tier again which makes me hardstuck plat on avg

I was going to start a new game, but why would I spend time on a game like this, knowing I could lose progress at the drop of a hat? I can only assume that was why when their little customer service rep told me, but wouldn't tell me what I supposedly did that was considered hatespeech.

It counted as a crash. You didn't get 1010 points you only got 1008. So the crash definitely counted as a dropped attack

i use bluestacks and since the last patch i still get 2 or 3 crashes per day but never in a fight only if i am inactive for too long

Dorky streams with his phone and has had tons of problems. The type of device doesn't seem to be the issue.
