I agree with you. The Peekaboo is so versatile and understated. I have one in black and it will never leave my collection. I would love a second one in a light color---perhaps white or ivory.
It’s so wearable, I’d love one on many colors!
I really love the giant stitching it looks so handmade and high quality❤️fendi leather is amazing it’s as good as hermes

The Peekaboo is one of my favorite Fendi bags! I’m with you, the palladium hardware against that black is everything. Also love that Strap You you have paired with yours 🥰🥰

@@DaylesAddiction Does the bag not sag naturally like on the fendi website ? you said you were training the bag to sag. I woulds like a peekaboo but one that sags, I think if I buy one that does not sag I will be disappointed. Unfortunately I do not have a fendi boutique in my country, when I go to Paris or Bruxelles next I will check the boutique.
@@a.e.8743 no unfortunately it’s an aging and use thing, I don’t know how they get it to do it on the web... perhaps the larger bags do it quickly

I loved the video, and I agree 150% with your assessment it’s absolutely bang on. I saw the mini Peekaboo Selleria in LILAC in person : love at first sight. It is stunningly beautiful and that Romano leather is something else. I couldn’t pull the trigger though $$$...maybe one day....

Great review. I like to watch many people talking about their bag. I’m not particularly keen on purchasing them, but this was the first time I think I might.
Wow well that’s a bit special! I’ve since sold both of these and now have a hot pink crocodile version! It’s the most practical luxury bag in my opinion!!

Love the black purse with the beige strap! Looks so stylish while being quite unique, as well. Never had a Fendi bag, I’m quite happy with my collection of bags, but maybe in the future I wouldn’t say no to a classic black Peekaboo bag 😊

I'm thinking of adding a selleria peekaboo so had to watch this. Such a different video to what you make now. Both great but your collection has transformed so much and something about you seems different, too. Like maybe you're more confident in yourself now or more comfortable being yourself on RUclips. Amazing review, Dayle! I just wish the Fendi peekaboo mini comes in black selleria with gold hardware as that is my dream color combination.
I see that combination in the nappa leather but the wear and tear in that is extreme. 😂
Sometimes they so come out in this combo, the white did, otherwise you can talk to Fendi about an MTO

I have wanted the LV Capucines BB for years but the cost always makes me hold back (along with a couple of other things these days). Now I think this suits my style more. Such iconic bags! Silver hardware is my favorite 🤩 love black& white bags!! They match literally everything!!:D especially with the black wax on the white bag and the brown case on the black one!!🕸🖤🕸 i dont like super structured bags or super relaxed bags, i am somewhere in the middle:D it’s cool the handle folds away! Especially since it’s white!! My white camera bag always takes the color from my dark navy jeans but i just wipe it with a wet microfiber cloth and it mostly comes off:p i’m considering punching another hole in the strap so it wont hang so low! Love the strap for your peek a boo so many adjustments!🌈☺️ the guitar strap does make the white bag look edgy!! Can’t go wrong with black &white🤗🎀❤️🎀 love your defender case:D i need a waterproof bag! Great video as always 🌸🎀🌸
Yay for silver hardware - I think we are a minority on that front, but I think it's fresh and fun and much more versatile than yellow gold. The gold I have works with the tones on the bags or is extra for extra bags - like my sequin baguette (so extra). You're lucky your colour transfer comes off, I think an extra hole in the strap is a super idea!
Fantastic bags! Thanks for your review. I really enjoy your videos! The only issue with the sag of the mini peekaboo is that you will have some struggle to open the bag because the the turn lock parts will not be aligned any more. It happens to me with my mini Peekaaboo. But it still looks lovely 😍

The reselling value is what holding me back. The price is similar to the Chanel Coco handle but Chanel holds it value.
Yes, they are totally different styles to me🤓 I prefer the peekaboo style regardless of the resale as I’m not likely to sell.
Hi Dayle I was wondering if you get a lot of transfer with the light color peekaboo. I have a pale pink one and was planning on wearing black bottoms pink top black bolero. I wear my blush bag cross body love it just wondered how likely I am to get transfer and is it easy to get out how to get it out videos here say baby wipe thanks
hmmmm I honestly don't know, I think it depends on the fabric of your black bottoms.. if its denim I'd say no, if your pants are coated denim or fabric perhaps it's safer... if it's just hanging there and you're out I think it would be less likely than if you're walking and it's rubbing on you alot.

I think it would be an issue, I don’t wear it crossbody on those types of fabrics
Hi Dayle, great in depth review! Do you find the two turn locks scratch your hands when you put/take things in and out of the bag? I’ve seen in other reviews this is one of the cons of the bag.
Hi Jamel - not at all, but I tend not to overfill my peekaboos so everything is so easy to get to
I might disappoint you however in the last 3 days the exact bags in black and gray (both brand new ) have been sold on VC for less than £1300 )

I rotate my bags quite a bit so I can’t really comment except to say that so far so good! If I could only keep one…. I’d keep the white 😊

@@Takochan29 you can but it doesn’t look as good - there are seasonal defenders that work with white also.
I think scratches would be less visible than on the smooth leather.

I think you have to see them in person to really know if it’s for you. I never liked peekaboos on YT foe some reason, I fell foe them when I saw them and touched them in the boutique 🤷🏻♀️

No one ever mentions the issue I have with the bag, The turn locks scratches my hands getting in and out of the bag. ☹️
Hmmm I’ve not experienced that, but that would be painful no doubt!
I would imagine that the lock can also scratch your phone or other delicate items...
I think the trick is not to overstuff the bag, that way there is plenty of room for your things to pass through the opening.
But them in Rome it's $4000 ish

I went to Fendi today and had a look at the mini Peekaboo. The sales associate also showed me the “Iseeyou” as well which is slightly different at the sides and probably some other details if I studied them more. I saw the mini Peekaboo in black lamb skin with gold hardware ( £2750) and the seleria in black with silver hardware. I liked the peekaboo but I don’t think I will be getting it. I looked at some more baguettes and mini baguettes and I just prefer the baguettes over the peekaboos. I am not that comfortable with a top handle after all. Some cross body or shoulder bag habits die hard.
Oh exactly, I probably wear my peekaboo more crossbody than handheld, but I do love the option for evening. I am in dangerous territory talking about baguettes as I really want a leather regular size now 🙈🙈🙈

One doesn't have the stitching under the turn lock and looks more structured.
