    Neat place. Reminds me of Anza Borrego in my area (although I don't think there is any water).

      @@AZOverland2017 Should be a great time. I've only been once years ago, to see the mud caves and, from recent videos I've seen, they are still a popular stop along that wash. And, of course the metal sculptures are a favorite of those visiting the area. How did you like the new suspension?

    • @AZOverland2017
      @AZOverland2017  Год назад +1

      @@HuskyMike Looking forward to it. The suspension has been great. I need to add bump stops still for the rougher terrain.

    Looks like the camp creek to verde river trail isn’t to difficult even though it is rated moderate. Would you agree?

    • @AZOverland2017
      @AZOverland2017  Год назад +1

      Yes, not very difficult. I did have to use 4wd at a point in the sand when I got stuck in 2wd. Once in 4H it drove right out.

    Definitely a nice trip. I'm impressed with how well your wheels are holding up! Also, when you take your dog(s) on these trips, what do you pack for them? I know water and snacks are important. Do you bring any emergency supplies or equipment just for them?
    Asking for a friend.

    • @AZOverland2017
      @AZOverland2017  Год назад

      We don't have anything pup specific for emergencies. We always have a first aid kit with tourniquets and extra water. We do plan on getting a strap that we can attach to ourselves that allows us to carry them if we ever need to.

    Thanks for sharing! That's a nice little getaway. How did your new suspension setup behave?

    • @AZOverland2017
      @AZOverland2017  Год назад +1

      The suspension was what I had hoped. It's night and day from the OEM. The ride was much softer going over the washboards but I still need to test it on rougher terrain. I will be needing bump stops when that time comes.
