Yo man, love the content.. love your drive, attitude, self assessment, no ego, just pure fun. keep ripping. Was just wondering if you’d do a few minutes at the end, when you pull up to your van. Review your thoughts, what went good bad, what you think for next time, price of the track, all that good stuff, good for us beginners 🤙
Cheers pal yer definitely can do that will start including it in the other vlogs. I am aiming to try as many different tracks as possible trough the summer months
For a novice at fatcats you got round sound 🙌🏻 i rode this day in your group and was difficult so smashed it 👊🏻 Only tip i can advise at tge start of riding is learn to stand up in the right position as much as you can, you will have more control of the bike and will get less arm pump 🙌🏻
Cheers pal yes thats something I have been working on the last couple of times with elbows up and head above bar in attack position. Plan on going back in a few weeks to see if any improvement 🤔 👌
Got a tip I used to run those grips which caused me arm pump change to half waffle ODI lock on grips there slightly thinner actually makes a huge difference with arm pump
Keep going bro dont give up im only 15 and im so bad but yeah keep it going and if you do jumps make sure to grab the bike with your knees if that helps bro
Keep at it mate, the biggest mistake I done when I started riding was go straight on a track, I should of spent a few weeks/months on a flat open field getting use to the power of the bike, getting comfortable standing in the attack position and all the other basics, it’s hard enough trying to get the basics right never mind round a track 👍🏻
Cheers m8 its much appreciated. Yer am riding this weekend without the camera so no distraction 🤣 am going to work on just keeping my elbows up. 1 thing at a time I reckon 🤔 bloody good fun tho
you'll get their mate , doing well for a beginner. I ride trials bikes(I've got a gas gas txt 280 ). Ive ridden a crosser for about 5 minutes in my whole life ( since it was my mates bike) and the power is immense and take time to tame the beasts. best of luck mate.
I've found that at fatcats the race track is actually more novice friendly because the sand isn't as deep for the most part nor does ut move as much ao it rides (more) like normal dirt
Yer a few people have said that to me over on the instergram page. It does seem to be not many people like the practice track that much. I look forward to going back now I have a couple more hours under my belt tho 😀
Bill do everything you are told not to do when riding a horse, grip with your legs, keep your arms loose elbows up and lean forward in the standing position! You will smash it mate
Im not sure at all cause it doesnt really show to much. But trust your backtire at straights and fronttire at bends. And there is no cheatcode. its all about getting the feel for it and keep on going
I personally think you’d have an easier time starting on a 4 stroke mate, keep at it though! Just keep your vision up and don’t focus on the small ruts 👌🏻
Cheers pal yes definitely should of brought a 4 stroke because of all my liter bikes over the years on the road. But I suppose in the long run it will pay off. Be good to watch it back in a years time
@@Bk_MxLife yeah I agree mate, I've got a couple of 2 strokes and they're definitely going up in value these days, I mean if you can afford to have two crossers id look at around a 2018 kxf 250, wouldn't break the bank and would make you faster quicker. But yeah mate will be really good to watch the videos back, I've got videos of myself from a year ago and its really nice to see a difference, so keep it up mate!
I've been fat cats twice once in main track a once on practice a found the practice so much better ,don't know if that was the weather conditions as was nice on practice and was cold a wet on main ,as others said speed is your friend but it's the head that says goes slower and takes time to realise its your friend just takes time to get there
Fat cats was my first track I ever went on! Don’t you worry I know every emotion you felt this day 😂😂 you rode absolutely amazing!
I realy want to go back to this track now that I have a couple more rides under my belt to see if there's any improvement 🤔.
Haha Sames! 😂

Cheers m8 will look into that 👌

Cheers pal 👍 👌
@@Bk_MxLife I’ve just started enduro as a beginner. I know how you feel 🤦♂️
That's brilliant am itching to have a go at that at some point
keep at it bill, sand is one of the hardest terrains to ride. You did well considering!
Cheers pal yer definitely a hard track to try at this stage but great fun. 👌🏍
Keep going bro dont give up im only 15 and im so bad but yeah keep it going and if you do jumps make sure to grab the bike with your knees if that helps bro

Where would you go to a field though? None legal Is the problem
If you have Facebook or Instagram look up midwales motocross they run stubble field days a lot

Cheers pal a lot of people have told me the practice track is better than the race track as well
i recommend you stay in 2nd and 3rd gear and let go off the cluth try stay high in the revs if not doing corners will be difficult
Yes definitely something I need to improve on. Was working on that this weekend staying in the power band 🤣
with tracks that have looser dirt you gotta stay on the gas and lean back to try and stay on top of the dirt and not sink
Cheers for the advice pal going to go back in a few months and see how I improve 👍 👌
not bad at all first time out there, watch aj cantanzaro u can learn basically all riding tips n techniques from him
Cheers pal will have a look now 👍 👌
You might aswell ride a push bike around there 😂😂😂
Tell me about it bloody useless i am 🤣🤣🤣
