I've been doing this for years in this form: I serve traditional spaghetti and tomato sauce with a salad and garlic bread (your recipe which is excellent) and then use the leftover spaghetti to make a baked spaghetti dish like yours, put it in the fridge to bake later, and it's a quick meal a day or two later, even better than the first time.
I make many kinds of baked pastas. I always sauté the onions then add the garlic and sauté for one or two more minutes. Garlics burns so quickly. I also prefer more chopped tomatoes and more tomato sauce. Always delicious. Stay well ❤️
Many years ago a friend cooked a meal for me. Up until that point I never used garlic in cooking but he did. It was a rice dish. The meal was tasty but then I must have taken a fork full of garlic because it was so over-powering and hot (like curry). It always made me wonder because I had eaten garlic bread in the past which was always mild.
@@flowerpetals1396 I found an interesting detail about garlic. Always cut the root out. You will see it in the middle. It takes that strong burning taste out of garlic.

The recipe itself is not bad. However, I would never use spaghetti for a casserole. The danger would be too great for me that the noodle would become mud.
I disliked your video because you used canned Tomato ,s and Tomatosauce. They are full of Toxines and of High Cancer Risk. Your recepy I like but prefere fresh ingredients. Like to know what I eat and not that it can cost my health and the health of my familie.
