I been poking at it over the weekends. I think the idea is grand. Think about it... All the games we've played before, as the 'Hero', making his way through facilities to escape or whatever, and all the NPCs he runs into along the way, also trying to survive. Congrats. You are now the NPC, the Hero has already left, and you need to survive as well with the other NPCs. A game where you're a Umbrella scientist trying to get out of those complexes. Other 'Science' complexes and conglomerates from different games, redone into something like this.
That's a great perspective on it. You are the NPCs. "Oh, there's goes Freeman with the last HEV suit. Guess we'll just die." I played a bit further and there are a couple of throwbacks to Half Life 1 alone.
@@waltiplayer Yep. It's eerie, playing through that game, and just recognizing hallways and corridors, just from memory of a completely different game. All that effort to make maps seems a waste for one or two games.
