You know how we always say “lifetime find!” Well, that sir, wether you realized it then or not, is a true lifetime find. That deserves a center piece spot in a fine case or even it’s very own case: . Thanks for sharing!
Sweet Bro's 😎 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Everyone of youns. Hope everybody enjoyed time with family. In these days it's all we have. Cherish life and don't waste a second. 😎🏹🇺🇲🕊
You guys are amazing, hope my boys and I are lucky enough to meet you guys someday , we're a new channel started this past summer, did pretty good so far, we're a very family oriented channel , we watch your videos faithfully lol keep up the amazing work and God bless you on your adventures 🙏💚🙏 much love and respect from Southern Indiana
Thank you so very much for watching and for the kind words. I'll checkout your channel. You never know we may run into you at a show or something one day. Good luck.
@Heartbreaker Relics thanks so much and you never know we could come across each other someday, it would be an honor to meet you, stay blessed my friend🙏
I remember the original find/video like it was yesterday and that is still one exceptional recovery. Congratulations again Spike… I love that you brought us back to this moment in time. 😊 God bless brother and have a wonderful new year.
Thanks Ben. I thought I had lost this raw footage and the RUclips video had copyrighted music that I didn't want to use again. I was thrilled last when I found the raw file right where it was suppose to be lol, on a backup drive. Thanks again and Happy New year to you and good luck.
Thanks. Our best seller is the classic shirt. That's the ones with the pocket logo and rescuing the past on the back. I prefer the Kirk Corner Notch style myself. Spike
See, you are like we were (and I don't mean this innate rude way), you're ignorant, ignorant of the type and rarity of this point. It is a local point with a small distribution area. Granted, we didn't know that at the time and we were only able to hunt a couple days a year walking family fields after fall planting. Since then we have been hunting creeks in the summer and digging in the winter. We have found lots of awesome artifacts but this is still one of my best.
Posted on an older video, but thought you'd have a better chance of seeing this one... Do you guys make your own probes or spend too much for one at home depot? If so, can you tell me how you attach the handle and what diameter shank you use, please? Recently medically retired RX for bilaterally messed up retinas at 54...60 now and things are leveling out good enough to drive and ground gaze, so to speak. I need something to do and have always been an amateur amateur collector. Going nutz now tho. If I don't get moving again, I'm gonna start growing root outta my....ears. Live in Upper East Tennessee, Davey Crockett. Danl Boone area. Boone stsrted his Wilderness Trail just over the hill 6 miles as the crow flew and actually walked through my property. Great Indian Warpath 2 miles away. 1/2 Melungeon myself lol Any help guys? Y'all are like you become 15 yrs old every time yer together! Brings back great memof the woods, etc. ALL my buddies are all RIP'ing now. Going at it solo. I just found ya subbed today! Any advise on the probe would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! I need to be more succinct 'cause this takes me forever to type lol As one of my 90 yr old veteran patients said when he saw me typing once in 1991... "Son, you look like a horny woman." Say what?! "Your'a huntin' pecker." I about died! See ya.
😂 As for the probes, spring steel about 1/8" works best but is hard to find. We use stainless steel car radio antennas or CBS radio whips. The length is a personal preference. To mount it to your probe just drill a pilot hole slightly smaller than the diameter of your metal tip. Drill it about 2" to 3" deep. You really want both ends of the tie to be flat but repeated probing will sharpen it like an ice pick. It will need to be reflattened from time to time. The end that goes into the wooden walking stick needs to be flat also. Driving a sharp end into the wood will split it when it hits the bottom of your drilled hole and if it doesn't split on installation it will with repeated probing. Hope this helps and good luck.
.Undoubtedly, my friend found a great piece. A St. Tammany will always be welcome. The best to all of you friends.
Thanks and to you too my friend.

If that's the best one you've ever found in 35 years, you need a new hunting ground.

@@HeartbreakerRelics Thank you, Sir!
I live just outside Macon Ga. I really want to get into this as a hobby. I think it would be a great thing to do with my boys.
