Ima be honest, When you equalise chakra and spiritual energy for a one on one battle to actually work, then madara is far reach for aizen, because genjutsu would work on aizen and madara wouldn’t die when aizen raises his spiritual pressure. But in terms of feats and a non-one on one battle, aizen should defeat prime madara by simply raising his spiritual pressure, but juubidara is immortal and final evolution aizen is also immortal, so there is no way for them to kill each other, one would have to give up. But one on one battle wouldn’t work like that, because they are both beings from a different plane of existence. I like both honestly, don’t like them being compared to each other, they are both the best villains in their respective story.
