Sorry to hear that. I believe it depends on the credit card that you use. I actually went to the same ATM two days ago and had no fee. Useally with international Visa and Master card shouldn't have fee. Anyway from the bank in the home country there always will be fee
How do you know if a specific branch has 0% fee?
During the process of withdrawing the money you'll be notified by the specific ATM machine weather it takes fee and what is the fee and you'll have the option to proceed or cancel. If it doesn't mention any amount of fee during the process, then the fee is 0% and useally this is the situation 🙂
