I believe everything needs to plugged in. The fuse box included. I don’t buy the battery disconnect because it never did anything for me and I tried the hard reset as well.
I would start over and look at all the basics. Fuses, corrosion, etc.
My ignition switch failed and my dash lights would flash when turning the key.
Once you get it cranking again, go to live data and get the cranking rpms and the fuel pressure

Corrosion definitely can be a problem, I will be looking at the fuses next I’m currently working on the sprinter and will be posting a video later on today. The video from today is the one I filmed last night and the one from last night was also filmed last night so I made two videos last night.

My van won’t start after fixing Black Death. Just ordered a new turbo. I was told that it wasn’t spinning. I’ve changed the MAP, crank sensor and camshaft sensor. Any suggestions on why it won’t start?

Yes, I do have a suggestion so you said you fixed black death obviously you had to clean things up maybe even pull out fuel injector maybe even replace it that is your problem. One of the injectors or multiples are not working either leaking inside of the piston or too much leak into the fuel line or electronically damaged they’re not getting the signal. There could be multiple other things that I could name this because that is the last thing you did that’s meaningful is messing with fuel injectors, looking at the fuel injectors and make sure everything is plugged in and working.

My cylinder head cover had a hole in it. That’s what caused the Black Death. The injectors was good. Hopefully the injectors wasn’t damaged in the process of taking them out. The van was running before I fixed the Black Death. So I’m just lost at this point.

Still no crank. Put new glow plugs and all new injectors. Now I’m about to change the glow plug module. New camshaft sensor and crank sensor. Timing was changed also. I’m so loss at what it could be now.
