Thank you for sharing this! I think I might could do that. What exactly is the key to creating a thin, crispy chip or shell with all those air pockets in them? I hate trying a New Mexican restaurant and their chips are so thick they even hurt my teeth. Not to mention they just don’t taste good that way!
