  • In this latest addition to our Tips and Tricks, we're taking a look at chamfers and grooves, using a sign as an example. We take you through the easiest and most reliable way of how to create a chamfer, along with how to increase it's size and depth.     How would I do a 2 inch wide 45 degree chamfer?

      I would offset the vector by 2" and then select both of the vectors and do a V-Bit carving toolpath then you can machine it in passes using the stepdown.
