@@thebabbler8867 There's so many issues I can think of right from the top of my head. A suggestion to the engineers and designers of line. Can you please put Solar Powered windows on the outer wall. It would function as a window that people can look out of but would also have a special solar coating and tint touch up to allow for it to generate energy and reduce heat from the sun from getting in.

I'd imagine it'd be very easy to spread diseases here if theres complex networks of clean air flowing through the building. If there's lot of cutoffs in the ventilation, and fresh, external air is coming in, there would need to be lots of filtration systems that would need to be constantly maintained. Either risk having a money pit, or hard to control pandemics. Lots of sacrifice as well as convenience involved in this project.

They're already talked about hugely curtailing its length. I predict not even 1 km will get built. So we shall see. There are so many luxurious resorts around the world. Why go there? Where they murder journalists. Where they execute anyone who protests and objects to the city taking their land. Why would anyone want to go to such a barbaric, lawless, wretched country? Where polygamy, child brides, no human rights for women are common? Where gays are executed. I'm not pro gay but to execute someone for making a bad choice is really deranged. Muslims killed 800,000 other Muslims in Syria and Yemen yet nobody is protesting that. Oct 7 was a perfect example of strong willed Muslims. Thank you for showing your true heart.

I think the best engineers are right here in the comments ! 😊 My concern is livability. Would people actually want to live with some permanence in a glass line city ? Issue of livability in the mid to long run revolves around ‘human comfort’. If they were building Bedouin lifestyle homes, to me that would be a unique experience and with the warmth that Saudis exude, the most wonderful people in my experience, that would be a place to live with some permanence. Anyway all best wishes for the outcome.

It is not a difficult task. Everything is grown on our land, and it is not what you imagine, but our only problem is water

I love Saudi Arabia, I'm from Bangladesh and they brought me in to construct on the project. Unfortunately since I got here I seem to have lost my passport, but they promised me they'll find it for me and pay me well :) such nice people I love Saudi Arabia:) edit: I have to go now they only allow me 10 minutes of internet a day:)
🤣
What is this lie??
Nice sarcasm 😅
Modern day slaver, it's sad but true
😂😂😂😂😂
There is no person who is as good at lying and deceiving as the Bengali. Most of the workers are Saudis, Indians, Europeans and the Middle East. Bengali is not present in the project.😂😂😂😂😂
Everytime you put gas in your car you are paying for this.
Also note how much fuel they are spewing into the atmosphere each day. I thought they claimed it was a green project.
@@waitawhileexplorer3904 Growing up kid, it’s impossible to build a green project without any pollution. What is important is that in the future when it is built it will be 100% sustainable!
i will go and visit neom the moment they finish the project
You'll have a long wait. It will never finish just like so many of their other failed idiotic projects. Look at their "update" videos. 99% of it is talking about they WILL do, not what they HAVE done.
@@FreshAirRuleshello, you could just leave the negativity to yourself please, uou are not welcome. Also, this will happen and it will happen in 2032. Yes it will work just how boulevard world worked amazingly it looked like the ai was the recording of the real thing, all details were added and everything. We trust our country and will not welcome and negativity from anybody such as you. Please leave it to yourself or let it out on actual people who didnt do their work cause we did and we did best. Thank you 👍
@@awwhdixie9401 I'll voice my opinion just the way I want because this is a free country with fair laws. Unlike in Saudi Arabia and most Muslim countries. And what is "boulevard world"? That doesn't make any sense. And we don't care if you welcome what we write. You are obviously of the privileged rich there and are not used to people voicing their opinions. Like all the slaves from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh you work to death there, treating them so badly, changing their work contracts once they arrive, seizing their passports so they are trapped there, not paying them, then sending them home. Well guess what? Nobody cares about your opinion. Notice you didn't refute anything I said. You know SA has many failed projects. Why did they fail? Because they were designed by spoiled brats who have no concept of reality. Like a 170 km city that has no way of paying for itself because nobody sane would want to live in a prison in the desert. They're already talked about hugely curtailing its length. I predict not even 1 km will get built. So we shall see. The resort on the ocean COULD be successful but a lot of people don't want to vacation in a country that has no rule of law except for the rich there.
But why would it be a money pit? Air conditioning 50+C air???? It's like putting an air conditioner on the surface of the sun. It's just one of the many reasons this is the DUMBEST project ever conceived in the history of humanity. Just like their "tallest building in the world" hasn't been finished. There are so many failed SA projects. This is what happens when people lack common sense due to poor education.

My concern is livability.
People live in skyscrapers so anything is possible
