Hard Rock Riviera Maya is a family friendly resort with an adults only section called Heaven. Hard Rock Riviera Maya is a fun, active resort that's a great value. Most bookings come with a limitless inclusion package. This means select excursions, spa treatments and on resort experiences like Bali beds and Chef's dinner are included. You pay a 25% service charge. We did the Couples Dolphin Swim for $100 for both us, a bali bed for $50, and the Chefs Dinner for $58 for both of us. Such a deal!
The dining and service at Hard Rock Riviera Maya are great. It's a terrific resort for groups. Hard Rock Riviera Maya is also one of the very few adults only resorts I've visited that had true nightlife.

I have been reading reviews on HRH Riviera Maya and some said that Woodward is included in Rock Royalty and Family Suite rooms, do you happen to know if this is accurate? I have also read mixed reviews about the availability of snorkeling equipment on the resort and if it is included or does it need to be purchased? And lastly do guests have access to HRH Cancun as a guest of HRH Riviera Maya?
Great questions. I suggest booking with a travel agent so they can walk you through what's included in your package and how current COVID protocols may impact your vacation.

Are there many fish in the enclosed lagoon area to see? Is there decent snorkeling over the barrier or aside of it or anywhere local you can walk to to snorkel w/ fish and rays etc?
You'd need to heed to the reef if you want to see fish. I prefer going to the cenotes for diving and snorkeling because that's a unique experience to this area.
Hello, can you tell me where the Rock suite 2 bedroom partial ocean view rooms are located on the property? and how busy is the resort in late May and early June?
Your travel agent can send you a map with details on which buildings have a Rock Suite two bedroom. As for busy, anytime the US has a school break or federal holiday, the resort is busier. So Memorial Day on is busier than mid-May.

hi- We are planning a family vacation to the Hard Rock. Are kids allowed allowed on the Heaven side at all? What about in the restaurants or at the beach on that side?

Heaven is adults only. There have been some exceptions due to COVID, but usually you have to be 18 years old to cross over.
We are going in 2 weeks. We were informed by the hotel rep directly that during this time, the Heaven restaurants are open to all ages. As far as the Heaven beach, I'd say NO under age people allowed due to her mention of topless sunbathing being acceptable on the Heaven beach.
I'm planning on going here, does all inclusive mean you can eat all you want?
Within reason. The a la carte restaurants likely won't bring you every main course on the menu at one time. But if you order something, eat it, and then are still hungry, they'll let you order something else.
