- Hey everyone, in our next video in our Hard Rock Riviera Maya video series, we take you on a tour of the buffets and food offerings at the resort.
At this buffet, there is a lot of variety for even picky eaters. We noticed the dishes are a little more gourmet than your typical egg scramble and bacon. Hard Rock definitely ups the bar. You'll be able to choose from Breakfast at Ciao (Heaven) or The Market (Hacienda). The Dinner buffet is only offered at The Market. If you want to stay at Heaven for dinner, you'll have to choose from any of the a la carte restaurants.
For those with dietary concerns or preferences, there are vegan, gluten free, and dairy alternatives which is really awesome to see!

No buffets on Heaven for dinner. Only a la carte.
Can you purchase bottled water there or at supermarket?
They have free water bottles 👍🏻

Heaven became my spiritual home when I 1st visited the place way back in 2018. During the coof we tried to get back there twice but had to canx due to ever changing rules and the likes. We're finally going back this Sept & I had no idea about the new pool or restaurants/ bars being built which is great news & we you to thank for that.
100% going to be trying out the Awaken Your Senses. Yes it's pricey but such a unique experience which, imo, is a big part of the whole HR Resort thing. I still smile ear to ear when I think back to the nightclub with the pool & jacuzzies in it. That blew my mind away & w made so many new friends & memories in that place. No word of a lie. We ended up getting invited to a wedding by some guys from WI who we've gone on to meetup with several times since in different places around the world.

Looks good, but the food is horrible. The food is repetitive, I am here now. I'm not sure if anything changed, but it sucks. We have been to multiple Hardrock hotels, and this one by far is the worst. The others were great.
