It's refreshing to watch some one use shears instead of a motorized trimmer of some kind. Shows real skill. It's refreshing to watch a gardener who knows the plants and knows how to take care of them. It's nice to see two guys having fun while they work. Makes work more fun.

I wished you lived in France 🇫🇷...I’d ask you to take care of my garden . Watching you work is so peaceful... Even when you used the trimmer you did it sowly and carefully , not like some other people on Utube who litterally attack bushes with a vengeance . Old French lady.

You two always make me laugh.
There is something very satisfying about using hand shears. My garden mad parents decided I could safely use a pair when I was 8 years old. It then became my job to trim the privet hedge each month to keep it tidy.Getting it to look uniform and tidy each time became a challenge I really enjoyed. At 72 I have arthritis in my wrists and hands and can no longer use them, and my family don’t trust me with the big trimmers (🙄).
Apart from that I still maintain my garden myself.I gave up my career to raise my 4 children and my garden became my place of peace and “me” time. It still is today. I cut my delphiniums and salvias back when they finish flowering and always get a second round of blooms again each year. They’re very forgiving.

Love watching you have fun while working and trimming by "hand" because is more relaxing.
This garden is starting to look clean and tidy....until you focused Gary and we saw a white door settled like some kind of fencing...behind that door...a jungle!!! So don't open the door (even if I would say, open and clean 🤣🤣🤣🤣).
Yes everything is drying here too, we use to have a rainy weather in North Spain (Basque Country sea shore) but this year ... there's so little rain, not many days and just some hours so yes...not beautiful grass around here either.
I don't like Geraniums...I understand are easy to keep and bring colour to some beddings but not in my garden 🤣🤣🤣.
    Great job!!
Waiting to see it all finished in future! (Or as finished as a garden can be 😉)
