leona, i want to suggest the best routine for lose weight.
first of all, jogging in the morning. relaxing while do brisk walk. and then do the same thing in the evening. till complete 10K steps or more. you can jogging while listening a song.
secondly, control your portion when you taking your meal. "suku suku separuh". its means like you still can eat rice but in a small portion. so your weight will easily lose if you do in a month. hihihi..
i've lost 38kg within 11 months. and i already got my normal BMI. really really really keep motivated and always get supported from your cousins or friends. 💪🏻🔥🔥🔥🔥

@@milla1498 usually i eating 3 times in a day. but full course meal during lunch only. for breakfast, i just made my own sandwich. for dinner, i just do almond milkshake with some fruits. lauk yg bakar2, and rebus je makan dengan nasi.
