Thanks for this video, planning on bringing my spouse regardless, however, is this more a rule for applicants that have a concurrently pending I-751?
I've applied under the 3 year rule but because of delays and when we filed for AOS, received by green card after the 2 year conditional period and therefore didn't need to ROC.
I'm here waiting for interview
Are they still doing same day swearing in ceremonies? It's exciting for the spouse to be their for that moment.

Different question entirely - what if your employment based Green card gets approved a few months after layoff ? I-485 pending more than 180 days and I-140 approved. Could you make a video on that.

Don't have to. But always good to show that the relationship is strong and that your spouse cares what happens to you. But nothing for them to do there, most likely. Jim

What was the reason of rejection did she have a job did she have the right income ?
Do I need spouse for 5 years Naturalization N-400 form (in case where both have Separated).
Hello sir kindly reply to me. Today I had my usa immigrate visa appointment with in my home country and they returned my passport with a form instructing me to go do medical check up and was told that they would call me back to the embassy to bring back my passport once they got my medical check up results from their physician. Does it mean a good sign or it's a bad sign?

Our clients never do unless they have an I-751 pending, never had any issues.

Since I-751 rarely been approved before 2 years mark nowdays , most of the time when the natz interview date came, I-751 still pending

Friend experienced this. The guard refused to let her in even though she explained the husband is deployed overseas. Lucky an IO came out and let her in
