      Yes, I divorced my foreign ex a year to the date that we first spoke, and the day before the divorce was finalized, I had the I-130 petition withdrawn. We were married for less than 11 months. Once I sniffed out her scam I called it quits. Now she's still living in the country without legal status because her visa expired over two years ago.

    But that doesn't mean that's Marroage Fraud. Marriage Fraud has a high level of bar.

    That patience is something else

    • @stevenroshni1228
      @stevenroshni1228 4 месяца назад

      running out of patience is often the downfall of the plan. People overestamate how long they can stay married to US citizen they are using.

    • @Livlongs
      @Livlongs 4 месяца назад

      Most patient is the original wife as her husband leaves to do this awful thing to a U.S. citizen woman.

    What If you got a 6 month visa for you and your minor child also leaving your husband and 2 other adult children in your home country and went to the US but both overstayed that visa and got married to a citizen. The marriage to that citizen was abusive so you filed for divorce and later flew back to your home country! When apply for 130 as my son the petitioner and myself the beneficiary, would I have a visa denial at the interview! Please help

    Love is what matters not green cards

  • @azhariqbal5436
    @azhariqbal5436 5 месяцев назад

    You explained really properly. I have a different scenario: a person who obtained a green card through whatever means and now returns to his place of birth, marries a girl, enjoys the time, returns to the United States, and becomes a ghost, leaving his spouse with no choice but to file for divorce. In addition, he performs the same exercise with another girl. Is there a legislation in the United States that can prosecute this guy? Please direct those girls to where they may register a complaint against this man who is not a US citizen by birth. Noy is enjoying his citizenship by playing innocent families.

      USCiS.gov to fill out fraud complaint online..

      @stevenroshni1228 4 месяца назад

      Naturalized citizens pretty much have all the same rights as natural born citizens, but green card holders who got it through marriage, have to wait five years before sponsoring somebody else via marriage.

    My gf and I are serious about our life together. She's not married, but does have a child with someone in her country. I'm lost as to what to do right now. Not sure how the immigration system works.

      Man if I were in your shoes I would drop her fast. To go further in a long-distance relationship with a foreigner is a huge risk. Be honest and ask yourself can you really trust her???

      Oh it did work out for me, Thank you 🙏🏾 The judge saw through his bullshit and lies, the judge ordered me to hire an attorney which I did, cost me thousands of dollars but worth it, because he also lies and said we a accrued a property together which was a lie again, because I bought my home way before him 17 years ago.
