A well-explained recipe that I will definitely try. I've been looking for an authentic Tabbouleh recipe. Can I make a couple of suggestions? The flashing and techno in the filming are very distracting and not necessary...in fact, the flashing can trigger migraines for some. Also the music...I would either choose something more calming OR go ethnic. I'm not sure the audience you are trying to attract but...watch other cooking channels with large followings to give you some ideas on filming and sound. Other than that - a thorough video on amounts and why you use the techniques you do in the recipe. Thanks for listening.

@@culinarydictionary Thanks for being open to suggestions. Subscribed. :)
Was this supposed to have cucumber?
Tabbouleh doesn't include cucumber.
