Carry on only for us with large foldable back for trinkets on our return, length of stay 4 to 6 weeks, most destinations in Asia. We also ise the Nivea face sun block 1 each.
We leave our passports and spare card locked up in the hotel safe. We put our phones. Cards and money in a bag or towel on a lounge where there are the attendants around and watch it from the water. We haven't had anything stolen yet. If something did happen we could get a ride back to the hotel and pay when we got there but it has never happened 😊

Sorry!!!!😭 We didn't go to Saigon this time 😊We still have to do Saigon, The Mekong, Nah Trang, Dalat etc etc. We focused just on Central and Northern Vietnam for this trip. We will be back to do the south as soon as we can. Too much to see in one trip 😁😁😁

I will be traveling in a month and will be in Australia in November. Will need my tripod then. It is just a little to big to pack inside my carry on. Thinking of strapping it to my personal item.

Hi! Hope you are going ok 😊 We have a small, comfortable satchel/travel bag that we keep with us all the time. We also have copies of all our documents on email. Our phones go in there too and we travel with lap tops in our carry on. We don't put anything valuable in our check in luggage in case it gets lost😁👍

Also I got a wrist band with a zipper for cash and cards but I put the wrist band up my arm near my arm pits) that way I have hidden carpments.i also bought that waterproof fanny pack that divers use for their belongings
Jesus ! Traveling the hard way with all that Sh.. For real travell you should back about a fourth of that stuff you recommend, to be flexible, and no have to worry and care to mutch about tones of bags . Enyway that's my way to travel .

Do you carry a tripod on your trips? If you do, what brand, model and which piece of luggage do you put it in?
We did but we don't anymore. We use a Go Pro and we get really stable footage with that so we don't need tripod 😁
