Epicure's lemon pepper vinegarette on Epic fish salad

Well, I must admit there are some Epicure seasonings that I miss using and this is one of them. Epicure's lemon pepper makes a creamy smooth, packed with flavours dressing. Simple to make in a few seconds, it's a dressing you will want to make often. I love it and I don't like pepper, so go figure ???
Recipe:
1 tsp of Epicure's lemon pepper, 2/3 oil and 1/3 lemon juice, stir and pour over your favourite salad blend. I mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mushroom and leftover fish (pickerel) YUM !!!
