Badass. These cops are getting the best training out there. Capable cops are safer for everybody.
Gladly civilians can learn it too. Sometimes coppers unjustly use excess violence.
On a willing participant it works great, would like to see someone actually resisting ? I'm sure it won't be that easy.
Our border Police and Agents who don't work for the cartels need to be trained in this. This art is nothing like LEO's Use Of Force Training. The Student Officer commented was dead Wrong!
