Class 14 D9529's Low Loader Arrival for '14s at 60' - Ecclesbourne Valley Railway - 25/07/24

With the Class 14 'Teddy Bear's celebrating their Diamond Anniversary this year, the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway brought together seven examples of the class for a '14s at 60' event. One such example, BR Blue liveried D9529, arrived at Wirksworth on the Thursday of the event, having been transported by road from the Nene Valley Railway by Reid Freight Services. The locomotive was promptly unloaded in the yard at Wirksworth following her arrival, before hauling a round trip to Duffield.
